The versatile and well-built Colonial Pinehurst Shed by Little Cottage Co. is a wonderful addition to any yard. We offer these units as panelized kits which are easy to assemble, as they are pre-assembled, primed, and ready for paint. The sheds are also available as precut kits at a discounted price. The Colonial Pinehurst Shed is available in a variety of sizes, from 8X8 to 12X24, perfect for any size yard.
Assembly can take as little as half a day depending on how much help you have. The kits include high quality siding, trim, and 7/16" sheeting, as well as a double door with a latch and lock. The customer is responsible for providing shingles, paint, and the drip edge, all of which are readily available at your local home center.
A DIY floor kit is a popular option on these models, though some customers opt to purchase the wood at a local lumberyard to save on shipping costs. Due to the custom and built-to-order nature of Little Cottage Co. products, we can't offer returns on the Colonial Pinehurst Shed.
