Along with its sister sites Greenhouse Nation and Purifier Nation, Shed Nation is part of NationStores LLC, a family-run business based in Austin, TX. We're a small company and that's reflected in the level of personalized customer service that we offer.

We speak to our suppliers every single day on behalf of our customers to answer any questions that come up. Our founders have a long history running a small business here in Austin and formerly were multi-unit restaurant franchisees. Upon doing some research online for a large purchase, we found that getting the same level of customer service that you would expect in person is much harder to find in all these random websites. And the largest websites like Amazon have no way to get any additional information or support at all.
